if your going with this design I would suggest the black grout. the white has a lot of shades and it might show, also make sure your joints are minimal almost 0 joint like waterjet cut.

black is the right choice for 'the look'. we used porcelain tile and even tho they were sealed the white ones were surface stained by the black grout. i eventually got them clean (bar keepers friend) and it was a lot of work but i'm so glad i didnt wuss out with not-black.

there have been black and white stone floors forever, i'd keep asking about how they accomplished it (perhaps no grout at all?) rather than have something that should look so stellar look wrong.

Hi Adrienne! I am desperate to find black and white marble 12 x 12 floors that are honed! Would you mind sharing sources? I can't find ones that are from the same line and therefore the same thickness and size and the honed black seems to be elusive as well. I would appreciate it if you had resources to share!

I just came across your question. I’ve got the same dilemma. Mine are porcelain black and white tiles that I’m putting in the kitchen. What color grout have you chosen after all? Black or grey? Many thanks
