Fertilizing with dripworks system

So I know some of you do this from searching the forum, but I have one of the large rose kits that works really well for watering the roses and keeping them happy. I would like to use a water soluble fertilizer into the shrubbers. I have used the Houston Rose Society fertilizer in the past whne I lived down there and it was great, but currently cannot find a source that will ship it. Its a nice chemical water soluble 28-14-10 that produced really nice growth and blooms when I lived down there. So barring finding that I have liked what I have read about Mills Easy Feed so am leaning that direction since I like Mills Magic so much.

The question then is this, what do I use to start liquid feeding my roses. I am not so much think Fertigation where you give them a little all the time, more just wanting to set something up when I need to fertilize my roses. I have emailed with dripworks, and they suggest the 1 gallon EZ flow, but searching here I have read some very negative comments regarding it back in 2010 or so, so I wasn't certain if it was worth going with.

Thanks as always
