Which layout for laundry room upper cabinets?

This is for the laundry in our cabin. The laundry is in the back part of the main floor guest powder room. There is an opening with no door between powder and laundry sections. After a previous discussion here it was decided that we will not be adding a door between as it would be costly and structurally prohibitive. A sliding barn door won’t work as there is no overhead structure above the door, it is open all the way to the cepiling, plus there is minimal room to slide the door alongside the toilet. A curtain is an option, but not very likely as I’m not excited about fabric down to the floor right near the toilet. So the prior thread here the consensus was to make the room organized and cute, which I’m good with. Keep in mind that the whole cabin is lacking in storage so every bit helps.

In the pics I have removed a wall to make viewing easier, it is not open on that side!

Option 1 is to do a straight run of uppers into the corner like this,

This is how it will look when entering from the hallway.

Option 2 is an angled corner upper with a lazy susan like this,

This is how it will look entering from the hallway.
