Aloe suprafoliata has beautiful blue foliage. It is distichous in form when immature, but grows into a rosette after it blooms for the first time.

I confess I will never understand why they’re described as as blue, but here’s my Senecio “Blue Chalk Sticks“. LOL

I see some websites refer to the Echeveria imbricata with the common name ”Blue Rose”.

This plant I lost to a terrible mealies infestation. It’s an Echeveria “Truffles”. This was truly in my top three favorite Echeveria cultivar.

THANK YOU EVERYONE! I truly love seeing so many different cacti & succulents in the blue family.

I have A LOT of green plants right now, the CC/TC's I await for flowers and the jades vary with how much color they have. Other variegated plants the basic color is green plus white, and perhaps some yellow or pink. Then I took a moment to enjoy my clusters of blue succulents, so instead of feeling blue, they gave me joy. I am happy we can celebrate the blues here.

Stefan, very nice cacti & succulents! LOL, you cracked me up, so true, cacti can partake here. I hadn't thought about it beforehand!

Hablu, they are all very beautiful, especially love the clusters! Great pics :)

    Ewwmayo, gorgeous specimens and photography!!

Hoovb, your aloe is awesome! I don't get to see aloes like that around here, I appreciate you showing it!! Great shape and I like its teeth too.

Chris. Holy moly that planter is BREATHTAKING! Darn, so sorry about 'truffles', I can see how mealies could easily hide in its foliage :(

This echeveria(?) I got about a month ago, it's subtly variegated. It is one of my favorites as its pretty and simply different from all my other plants. (If anyone knows its i.d., please chime in!)

Chris - I lost an E. shaviana to mealies, too. They hide well in these ruffled plants.

    And some Aloes. Aloe 'California'

    Aloe x spinosissima

And of course - Aloe 'Blue Elf'

Crenda, wow! All are so pretty. Really love your twins of Blue Elf!!!! I had one a few years ago, lost it to rot in a glazed pot, what a heart breaker. Such a pretty plant, maybe someday I'll give it another try in a fast draining mix and clay pot. Thanks for showing them :)

Geez, what a bunch of beautiful colors!!

Chris, are those perennials or houseplants?

Crenda, those Aloes are to die for. Always such a great job!

Nancy, wow!! I love your special plant too. haha Love it. I can try to dig up some color soon. It's been crazy around here with my Mom and dad. Can't wait until things settle down(

    Jeff, AMAZING!!

Everyone ELSE, SUCH NICE PLANTS! I gotta run but thanks for the nice colors.

Mike, they will be houseplants in four weeks. i have my grow lights set up already in the basement. That arrangement were in their individual pot until last April. I’m not sure if I need to pull this thing apart when it comes inside.

    Atriplex nummularia baby.

Australian native Saltbush. Common name "Old Man Saltbush".

Not very exciting, sorry. But I've developed an interest in Australian native succulents. Very hard to get much info and little to no plants even in good nurseries. Then I found about 5 species of Succulents amongst my son's weeds (hence the weed in the background) that are probably Australian natives. So they are getting pulled up tomorrow and catching the bus with me on the 4.5 hour trip home. I just hope they will grow for me. I am soooo excited!!

Edit: if I leave them where they are they will be poisoned :-(
