My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How is screen attached? Did you use a system like Screen Tight?

    No we did not. We made our own trim out of PVC material...ran one set of trim toward the outside edge, stapled screen to trim and then ran another set of trim on the inside to "picture frame" the screen.

    We've used Screen Eeez (sp) on a couple of occasions but never the Screen Tight system...don't really care for.
