During heavy rain the foundation below the outside faucet would flow with water. After inspection there is a big hole and you can see the line for the faucet. So I decided to dig on the exterior of the house expecting to seal it from the other side and appears it was made by design. Is it okay to fill the whole? And if so what should I use?
