My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks! This office is 7' wide and 11'-10" long - 7' is the minimum horizontal dimension for a habitable room according to the International Residential Code so you should check your local building codes to make sure whatever you are planning meets your city's requirements.

      These are custom cabinets. We designed them and a local cabinetmaker built them.

      The tiles are Saltillo tiles. I don't have specific information on where they came from but this type of tile is readily available.

      Love this. Perfect size as you said. The glass floor pad might not sit steady on this floor.
