Help w/ IKEA cabinet hack

I'm trying to come up with a hack to get a 90" tall pantry (94.5" with legs) to line up with stacked cabinets. The stacked cabinets should be 91" (36" to top of counter, 15" horizontal door, 40" wall). This math adds up to a difference of 3.5" between the two.

It's ok if door sizes need to be modified, as we won't be using IKEA doors.

Options I've come up with include:

1. Cut the tall pantry down 3.5" at the top and modify the length of the tall doors accordingly.

2. Build up under the appliance garage 33.5" and get horizontal doors that are 3.5" taller.

3. Add a bit of straight moulding or something at the top of the stacked cabinets.

4. Build up under the counter 3.5" before installing quartz

(I'm guessing this would require also adding a trim piece below), so the counter top is at 39.5".

5. Adding a trim or build up between the 15" and 40" cabinet

6. Other options?

I'd really appreciate feedback from those experienced with IKEA Sektion. Any insight as to what is the most feasible/affordable/has the least room for error would be appreciated. We are pretty handy DIYers, but I want to have a plan in place before ordering.
