Looks good and healthy. How long have you had it in water culture? Were there any roots prior to putting it in the water?

I ask because I have several phrags that need dividing/split and I'm not sure what to do with the better left-over divisions of one or two of my favorites.

I'm guessing I've had it in just plain water (plus soaking in water + fertilizer once a week) for about 3 months. I'm not sure if there were true "roots"--there were these fuzzy appendages first, then these actual roots came out of each of those things. You can see one of these sticking out at a 45 degree angle on the left just below the green leaves. I'm not explaining it very well, but if you try it, I'll be interested in what your divisions do.
