Consider making the door you want to be your primary front entrance for visitors more prominent, both by the style of the door and how you landscape to direct traffic to it.

The other two doors could be the same as each other and their entrance paths much less prominent -- perhaps leading to the side yard rather than toward the driveway.

Because the doors are all in the same room, you would still want the doors to have the same finish -- perhaps just different windows -- perhaps no sidelights, which might be appropriate for a primary entrance.

Post a picture of the front of the house. I have 2 doors on the front of my house and they are different. The "side" door enters the kitchen and that room is recessed from the "whole" house. That door is half glass. The main front door into the living space is a panel door with 2 rows of glass on the upper third. Both are painted white.
