My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I’m also having a hard time finding tile like this. What exactly is it called from Wayne tile? What is the material?

    This is subway tile laid in a herringbone pattern. Subway tile comes in various sizes and materials.

    Hi, Although I helped the home owner choose this tile and I decided how we would install it, the actual purchase of the material was done by the home owner and the builder so I don't have the information on the exact tile. I would suggest calling Wayne Tile.
