Every time it rains, I have water coming into an area of my home. The roofer has repaired the area twice and just Monday, he put a 10x10 new roof over the area. It’s a flat roof above a utility room. The roofer cannot find any holes and thought the recent larger patch would cover any problem but it rained again and it’s still dripping. Any recommendations or ideas of where I can look for the entry point? Maybe it’s draining down to that area from somewhere? It’s in the same spot every
time. I’m at a loss and want to repair the leak ASAP so I can then repair the ceiling.
