Need advice on deck coating

A couple years ago we cleaned and stripped our deck & uses TWP 1500. The stain lasted only one winter on the horizontal deck surface. We have 2 large dogs that inhabit our deck most of the time. I need something that will stand up to dog claws & bone dropping. I need some good ideas.
