Mantel decor help!

Husband won out and we now have a TV above our mantel.
We have a six inch space to add decor to our mantel but not sure what to do with it. Leave it empty? Squeeze something between mantel and tv? Its been this way for awhile because i just haven’t found anything that works. A fresh eye would help!
