More Mr. Ko seedlings.. In order:. Ebay 38; Ebay 69; Ebay 64; Ebay 55; Ebay 65. This is the third time Ebay 38 (first pic) has bloomed and every time the flowers are tiny and look like this. I am not holding my breath that will change in the future. It is still really cute in my opinion. Hope you enjoy all my pics. I sometimes think that I am posting way too many but if no one else is chiming in then I am happy to contribute as long as my plants are blooming.

Are October blooms normal? A couple of my plants are setting out buds (two of them I'm excited for as they're my personal seeds blooming for the first time) but I don't know if it's because Hurricane Florence upset them. It was a lot of rainwater over those days even though I tried to shelter them.

Dragonstone, yep. I usually always get some fall blooms. I even have a white one that loves to bloom in the winter (it's indoors by a low light window, but i don't provide other light. All the others tend to go somewhat dormant.

12yr olds first second bloom ever! Basic

My Pride and Joy!. 4 big blooms and 2 more buds on the way.. Mr. Ko's Ebay 55. The humongous leaves are the only thing I would change about this plant.. Is there any likelihood in the future, that these leaves will be replaced by normal size leaves?.

My pic didn't post.. Will try again tomorrow. Houzz is playing games again. I tried three times to re-post and the picture hangs in limbo.

@paradise.. In regard to your photo of eBay65, what can account for the dramatic difference in the two pairs of flowers? Of each pair, both high and low, one appears a rather straightforward medium red, but the other has a fantastic near-black border and overall is very much different. I love it, the eBay 69, and the blushed-pink eBay 62 you posted later.

@Elena.. Really like the plicata of peachy-rose on marvelously clear white you posted 3 photos above.

geoforce, the reason for the dramatic difference between the flowers of Ko -Ebay 65 is merely AGE.. The flowers initially open darker and with the dark edges.. In a day or two, the dark edges fade away and the red becomes very muted as well. The flowers always seem to be at their most vibrant when they first open.. After that, it is all down hill.. However, I have seen flowers become larger over the course of a few days which makes up for the loss of color.. A small compensation but at least there is one.

Another first time bloomer for all of you is my Ko-Ebay 64 seedling (pink flower).. The plant with the yellow flowers which has been posted before (Ko - Ebay 15) is thriving.. So happy with all my babies.

Two new pics: Pink flower is Ko - Ebay 64.. Yellow flower is Ko - Ebay 15.. Yellow has been posted before but it is growing and blooming so well that I can't resist showing off my baby.. Please bear with me.

geoforce, the dramatic difference between the flowers of Ebay 65 is purely AGE. The newly opened flowers are more intensely colored and have the dark edges.. As the flower ages, the dark edges disappear and the flower color is muted and often morphs into a different shade.. This aging starts to take place a couple of days after first opening.. One consolation is that the flowers on many of my plants often become larger after a few days.. A less vivid flower but a larger one.

Another Mr. Ko seedling opened its first flower today.. Ebay 64.

@princess.. That creamy double is simply gorgeous. I've always been partial to well-formed double flowers, and my good friend, Darrel Apps, named a double daylily just a bit darker than your adenium for me. It's one of the few daylilies I still attempt to grow in spite of the deer loving to munch on them.

Geeze Louise.. Several of my attempts to comment and post pics yesterday were rejected by Houzz.. I had no idea that they all posted ultimately.. I do apologize for repeating myself.

And let's put our hands together for the next pic, please.. A very deformed flower from Mr. Ko's Ebay 65.. I have no idea what I may

have done to contribute to this wacky flower but since several of my plants are forming flowers like this, I must presume that I have goofed somehow in the fertilizing process.. Unless my having to bring the plants indoors for a few days, while we rode out a tropical storm is responsible due to a change in light and reduced watering.. Since this is a first bloom, I can only hope that the next batch of blooms will be normal.

Mr Ko -Ebay 64.. Second blooming for this plant and far better than the first.

Last day of October, so I thought I would sneak in some more pics of new flowers of Mr. Ko seedlings.. First blooms for all. Sorry for the repeat photo. The creamy flower with the pink edging is a deformed double petal bloom.. Hoping for better next time around.. Happy Halloween to all.
