If you don’t know how to move them to another wall, then you need an electrician. Yes, they can be moved. You don’t provide enough information for anyone to provide an estimate. Is there access to the ceiling above or will the electrician have to open up several areas in the wall/ceiling to feed wires across?

If the cables aren't long enough to reach the new location, then you need to find the source of the cable and replace the whole length. That may mean punching a lot more holes in the drywall.

You can't have junction boxes hidden behind drywall and all connections need to be in a junction box.
