Hi Rachel, it is actually a cork wallpaper from Innovations. The pattern is called 'Cubism' - this is color 400 'Gris'. You can get a similar look using tile with Fire Clay tile 'small diamond' but will need to select three colors to achieve the 3D effect. Find the wallpaper at Innovationsusa.com.
