My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

There is no problem, unfortunately some consumers are unaware of the product they are purchasing, especially when it comes to salvaged and reclaimed materials, We are new to Houzz but not new to the business or industry. We are also prominent in other online marketplaces with ONLY 5 star ratings.
