Bathroom renovation

Trying to help my busy daughter with space planning for remodeling her bathroom.

the room measures 7x11. It currently has a single sink vanity. Would like a double. Would like separate shower and tub. Trying not to move plumbing to keep cost down. Everything will be demolished so trying to figure out if all their wants can fit in this space. Budget is 20,000-25,000. Is this even doable? Older home in valley village ca.

That question is best asked locally as remodeling pricing varies a lot by area; but that's too low for their wants.

I am also in LA area. Redid a similar size master bath. Put in double vanity and extra storage on original vanity wall. Large and beautiful custom low curb frameless glass shower in original tub/shower corner. Replaced window in shower with sliding frosted glass window? Toilet in original corner. Bathroom has door to bedroom and door to hall (laundry just across the hall). Two mirrored recessed medicine cabinets over sinks and additional medicine cabinet wall-mounted over toilet. Two- light sconces over sinks and recessed halogen bulb fixtures along length of vanity wall every 18" about 24" out from mirrors for maximum light for makeup and hair.
We didn't move plumbing. All new porcelain tiles on floor and in shower. Granite counter for sink cabinets. About $30,000 ten years ago. All work by professionals. Bathroom, including 5-sided shower, designed by me.

The logic for trying to keep a tub in this bath is there is only one small powder room in addition to this bath in the house. For resale it seemed having a tub would be a bonus.

Will start to think about single sink but larger vanity than the current one. Perhaps a small trough style that if necessary two could have access to at the same time in a pinch.

Could you post a floor plan with dimensions? It will help with layout suggestions.

Going to try to post floorplan. She has had a few contractors take a look so I think, she has some drawings. Maybe she can photograph them and I can upload. Although I think they include bumping out a wall into the master bedroom closet which is an idea that has been nixed.

You need a vanity with drawers, not doors. There are so many personal items on display.
Also closed shelving for the same reason.

Gee, ya think? Hence the need for a remodel.

People who are rude usually don't get much help here. I returned to this thread because I had a thought on the vanity space but I think I'll go help someone else instead.

People who state the glaringly obvious waste my time.

80K. Plus the 20-100% PITA tax, permits, and inspections.

Truffle: Nothing is glaringly obvious except your hubris.. RM was trying to clarify that drawers are better than doors when there is considerable items to be stored in the bathroom. (BTW, same for kitchen). You are rude and dismissive. Regarding wasting YOUR time, you have already wasted too much of our time. If everything is glaringly obvious, you don't need us. And maybe your "busy" daughter is just a slob who leaves things around and it's not a lack of storage.
