ID request - are these all sword ferns?

This fern is in full sun, in a professionally landscaped bed. Pic was taken a couple weeks ago so it's looking great after the whole summer. I like how it's so upright and I'm curious what it is...

This one is a wild fern in the forest...I'm assuming it's our native western sword fern:
The two plants look pretty different...is it just the differing amount of sunlight that causes it, or is the garden fern something different?
