Some tiles are not made very flat. What kind of tiles did you buy? Brand? One of the tile experts will be by soon and will help you with this. They will probably ask you what method of waterproofing was done under the tiles, too. I learned a lot reading here, Give them the information they ask and you will get an honest opinion.

I’m not a pro, but to me, it doesn’t look like the kind of tiles that are supposed to be charmingly askew. It looks like a combination of uneven tiles and poor tiling alignment. Sorry!

They are coming back and going to regrout.

What r u thoughts on regrouting and will Rerouting solve tproblem??

What I don't understand is how does one tell the difference between machine made tile set badly, and handmade, irregular tile set well? Don't they both look the same?

Blondelle, I think the difference is the ones meant to look bumpy are handmade tiles with consistent uneven texture all over, like in this photo. It looks like the problem the OP has is lippage from smooth tiles with a bulge in the middle set poorly at 50% offset.
