I have been struggling with this for years! My daughter's bedroom has a large double window on the front of our house on the main floor. I want an updated look that creates privacy, but looks very nice from the street. Currently I have floor to ceiling curtains flanking windows with white cafe curtains on a spring rod for bottom half of windows - top of windows open (for light) during daytime, but at night we pull down blackout white roller shades. Please help me with ideas! Thank you!!
