Must be nice Billy ! I thing it depends if you will be able to provide enough light ight until April or so.

I keep my in a greenhouse to start with, so it gives me a longer growing season, and also it allows the remaining figs to rippen. I started some cuttings last October, rooted them and had them up potted to 2 gallon pots by June, and I’m harvesting figs off of them already, and currently have 8 more to rippen on one and 5 on another!!

So if you have the conditions then I would t wait! But that’s just me

Bluemoonlight, any chance you might have some cuttings this fall/winter? As you said earlier this year you may have some black Madeira cuttings, and I’m more then happy to pay for your time experience and of course a cutting or two of figs that do well here in our valley.

Akos Perna, yes I will have some cuttings of Black Madeira in January / February.

Some other cut like Col de Dame Blanc, Negronne, Italian Honey, Hardy Chicago, Mary Lane seedless, Sal's EL, Yellow long neck, Purple Jordan, English Brawn Turkey, and maybe Little Miss Figgy earlier then January February.
