My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

question about trim

How is this trim done? Is it bought or custom made? If custom made, how is it done. I’m hoping it is something we can duplicate.

    It is a two-piece base trim. It was ordered through a millwork supplier but it may have been from their custom catalog versus their standard moldings. I think it came from Pro-Build out of Lakeville, MN. We just installed it; we didn’t order it.

    I have seen that profile in catalogs though. I don’t think it’s that hard to get a hold of.

    I love this profile....I've been looking through catalogues...do you have any idea what the dimensions are? I might have better luck just searching the dimensions.
