The first pic of it looked very gold but the last one looks grayer. I like the table and style if it's the last look. Pretty room.

The coffee table doesn't bother me. I think it is too close to the sofa. The sofa needs to sit on the rug. The blue pillows don't feel right to me. A fabric in the same colors as the chair but in a smaller scale pattern would coordinate well. The dining chairs are too country for your table but it may be because I hate the splayed legs.

I think I'd go with a square shape to follow the lines of the sectional. But I would get glass set in a black frame to lighten up the look. The art, although the right size, is gloomy. Too much gray.

Everything in this room is gray and I notice you're even considering a gray painting! The coffee table that you have is not bad although I would choose a square or rectangle. The "gray everything" trend is long over and thankfully color is back. Try lemon yellow or gold pillows on the couch as a starter, find a large and colorful piece of art to go over the couch, and add some large green plants in the living or dining area. Books would also add color and personality.

Beverly, are you meaning to match the wood of the server table that’s by the dining table? Or match the darker wood of the tv cabinet that is closer to the coffee table?

Not a Pro - but if it were me, I'd go for a rectangular or square table that matches the wood of the tv cabinet.

Your have a nice room with lots of neutrals. Go for more color and contrast. I like the round shape but would go with a white stone top if possible. That will help with more contrast. Pick a brighter color pillow or all white in different textures. Have fun & trust your judgement.

We think you should either match the console color or go with a white ottoman. It might be nice to see it in a rectangular shape though. The circular shape seems to be wrong for this space.
