Too much water for indoors. I would let it dry out a bit and water only once a week.

Seems like the pattern/distribution should indicate something. But I don't know what.

I get spots on my naners on occasion, and really gave up trying to find the cause. It is rarely a problem. Usually the ones that worry me are on the newest leaf, as it is emerging.
