Sink advice for kitchen

We have navy lower cabinets/island, white upper cabinets. Installing white subway tile backsplash and white (quartz? - still deciding) countertops. I am wondering if we should go with an apron sink or undermount. If apron, I like the look of the stainless but white looks nice as well. Any thoughts? I really am undecided after seeing so many beautiful kitchens.

I am in love with our new kitchen sink - picture follows. Quartz countertops, undermount stainless one bowl sink - this is 26" wide (we had a narrow space to work with). It's so great for washing or soaking large pans, and very easy to keep clean with the faucet with detachable spray nozzle. Unless you hand wash lots of dishes, two bowl sinks are not really necessary. I wonder if the apron front or farmhouse style sinks will look dated in a few years.

If you go with white for the sink and white quartz make sure they look good together. There are a lot of whites.

When undermounting the sink in the picture above you can use clips or straps. Straps allow for a 3" width of counter material. Clips need more. Choose straps for the added security of the mount also. Here.

Anne, I love your sink too- sure wish I could have talked my hubby into a single bowl! And I also wonder if farmhouse sinks will look dated soon.

I have had my Elkay single bowl undermount sink since we did our kitchen remodel in 2004. NO regrets. I have a dirty cookie sheet soaking in it right now. Would never go back to a 2 bowl sink.
