Need ideas on kitchen layout and master question?

Yea!! I got it to post with the pic .....

any suggestions on the layout of our kitchen ?

we are planning to remodel and we are giving up some space to bring the master bedroom downstairs. I want to keep my sink in the same wall because there is a gorgeous view I plan to have a window there. But need ideas on placement and cabinets

does the master bathroom and closet seem a normal size ? We are taking space from the garage for it... if not any suggestions

one more thing, in the pantry on the entry wall side I was thinking of making a separate closet for Coats then have pantry on the other side??? Would not give up much space ? Good idea or no??

the house is 3200 sq ft so we are trying to do this without an addition. The living room is 30x30 off from the kitchen.

all suggestions on and advice is greatly appreciated . Thanks

No, it's just that I think you deleted it...I can't find it and the page I had open now says "The page you requested was not found."

I had posted the information I just posted again above. I was wondering if I needed to repeat it...I did anyway just in case you had not seen it.

We still need quite a bit more information...see the Layout Help FAQ thread I posted above for s discussion of the information we need to help you.

One of the things we need is a fully-measured layout of the space(s) you are considering changing -- see the sample layout below. "Fully-measured" means the widths of each wall/window/door/doorway and the distances between each wall/window/door/doorway.

Oh, and if you could post what the space looks like now, it would be helpful.

Who knows? Someone may come up with a better layout for you for the Kitchen and/or Master Bedroom!

Does this include an addition to the current structure?

For the Kitchen, I see some issues. E.g.,
- You have a lot of wasted counterspace b/w the refrigerator and the range and not enough where you need it most.
- At the very least, I would move the range toward the "top" to get it out of the way of the sink and DW in the island.
- Personally, I'm not a fan of cleanup sinks in islands b/c it puts your dirty dishes front and center and on display for all to see. It also puts dirty dishes "in the face" of anyone sitting at the island.
- The Powder Room layout does not look usable in real life. Maybe move the toilet to the same wall as the sink, assuming you have 36" of space there.

I'd like to see what the current layout is b/f going too far.
