The Itea looks great... this is the HG. Also have a Merlot but isn't that different... the bust has been the black gum.. color is supposed to be exceptional on these trees... I planted it last May.. maybe it need to establish itself a bit more. It's a tulepo tower.. a the last one (dogwood) has some nice rich tones.. I still don't know if it's a red osier or something else.. the big disappointments have been the pagoda dogwood and the serviceberry... all were stressed this summer by dry, hot conditions - all planted this year.
