I think an attempt at an almost pure white will fail because of the vanity top whiteness. Instead, a slight blue or gray tone would be better. Perhaps something like SW 6525 Rarified Air, which shows Navy as a coordinating color.

Thanks North Texas, That is a beautiful kitchen! I think my problem is the subway tile. I was using the subway from Lowes on my "Planning board" as I coordinated everything. The White Dove was gorgeous with it and I had planned on using it. However, my contractor picked up subway tile at a different tile store and I never thought to compare it to the lowes tile. It wasn't until we started to paint that I realized something was wrong. My contractor suggested I go with a grey but I don't think that would look that great with my navy vanity. And it's not part of my original vision of the bathroom. I'm thinking now of pure white from Sherwin williams. Here's my navy vanity, and the subway I picked out. You probably can't tell in the second photo that the actual subway is much whiter.

Kayca- did you resolve your bathroom colors? Having similar issue with navy vanity.

Kayca, I am in the same predicament in 2022! I think I will match my grout color and wall color. Can you tell me what color grout you used? Also, is the paint Sherwin Williams? Could you send a picture? Sorry so many questions. Looking for a very soft wash of grey.
