I would keep both the doors and trim as it is. Yours looks great, and its low maintenance. Why would you want to have high maintenance when you have something as beautiful as what you have.

just wait on the doors until everything else is painted. then you'll know. but it's fine to keep them as is.

these are your colors? that's a whole lot of gray. I think Pure white would be a better choice.

I take it back about the doors. I don't know if the current stain will work w/these gray/taupe tones. They may or may not. as a suggestion, if you're using warm light bulbs, (in the first picture it appears you are) it will cast more of a yellow tone in the room. up to you if you like that or may want to try a cooler type of bulb for more natural light. also, if keeping the warm light bulbs, that Alabaster trim color is going to look more yellow-ish

I think both the trim and doors are lovely as they are, but I'm also a huge fan of the look of stained wood doors with white trim (grew up in a house with white walls and trim with beautiful wood doors, and I'm embarking on a tedious paint stripping job on all My white-painted doors so I can achieve this look in the third floor of my Victorian).

So even if you paint the trim, absolutely keep the doors as they are.

Beautiful wood should be left to the beauty that it is... naked :)
