Due to ceiling height variations I can only have one wire for my island. The island is 75" by 51." My lower ceiling where this will hang is 8'. I was looking at the following pendant with two lights but am concerned that it might be too large. There are limited options with the one wire.

Does anyone have other alternatives? My kitchen is white shaker with medium wood floors and taj mahal counters.
