I do not have a pic of the wall across from windows. Pretty much the door is at the center of the wall. That door leads to the hallway

Its beige tone, i thought about doing wallpaper on the wall where the bed goes but I wasn’t aware how pricey wallpaper is

I would do a long rod across entire window wall and add panels of faux silk drapery in coordinating color. Your bed is beautiful and needs beauty around it. I would place plexiglass U table under TV with a smallish velvet bench maybe in purple. Purple could be your uniting color. A deep purple not lavender. Then great bedding.

Purple is my favorite color and i think i have the perfect curtains for that. But i feel like grey and purple don’t really scream glam. The pic below is an ombre panel, starts off in a plum color to grey and then taupe

Here are ideas. U table is a top and sides only. The one i found that would be wide enough for that bench to fit under. I think the purple could be magic with your beautiful bed.

Got it! Love the idea, but do you think thats more masculine rather then feminine glam? Thats why i thought about golds taupe and grays as a scheme. I have this curtain as inspiration. I absolutely love the panel but Im not sure what else to do with the rest of the furniture and bedding

Not masculine at all. Glamorous, luxurious look. Mirrored night stands with crystal lamps. Great. Beige and gray will be dull and totally wrong for this bedroom. You need a punch of color. If you want go light then do whites and layer them in. Maybe one pillow with some taupe.

Yes! Its a queen bed. I originally wanted to do white bedding, and I would still do, but im not sure what color to do for curtains if i go that route.

Total glam. You could paint wall behind bed dark gray. Wallpaper is pricey for the great looks.

The drapes you posted would not be glam at all. Just more neutrals. Kilem Beige has a lot of color and was popular 15 years ago but not now. It will look really off with your bed. You need a complimentary color or go with whites and just touches of beige. I would bring any more beige into this room.

Do drapery last. Here is Kilim Beige on right and i picked BM Beachcomber for a more taupe shade. Which do you think looks better with your bed. I can’t tell the actual color of your bed on line but it looks like a warm gray with a good bit of purple in it. Not sure what color Hue Family it is from so can’t be sure. I will post comparison shortly.

I put together a little mock up using your drapery panels and added bedding, etc. the challenge will be getting your bed and wall color working together.

I like the beachcomber color, ideally in the future i want to do greige color walls. But for now I hace to stick with what I got. Thats how the house came. I really love the curtains because i feel that it ties both colors together since the curtains are a tan color with grays. In person they have like a metallic shine to it. I absolutely love them!

If the windows are the first thing you see And you dont like the windows ....have you tried centering the bed on the window wall?..

If that works you....you can put drapes at each side of the windows... ....sheers in the middle...and maybe a pretty bench at the foot of the bed ?

The only issue though is that the tv wall is on the side and i dont think my room is wide enough to fit my bed like that. If it does i think it would be too close to door

Missed your reply...it seems to me the sheers and drapes will enhance the room and the bed (even tho’ they are partially covered )....adds a finished richness to the room....

Hard to see from the pics...maybe measure the bed and let us know how much room leafy on each side...I think the view from. The bed into the bathroom is less than ideal...in any case....

Yeah, i think that wall could be perfect focal point but my room is not wide enough to fit the length of bed.

It would be worth moving the tv outlet ...to get this right....

Are you sure? The width of a king is usually around 6’....that wall must be at least 12’?

My room measures 14x13. So if I were to place the bed the way you are saying then that means its a foot shorter so that literally leaves not much space. I feel that it barely even has enough space the way is set up right now

Aha!....can see now the door to bath is at the end of the room.....too bad ....but the drapes and sheers will still be a good option

Width of bed is fine, its length that im concerned about..

Its awkward looking to walk in straight to the bed. Perhaps if entry door was more to the left and not centered at the wall, it would be much better view and avoid issues with being able to have enough space to open the door

So i drew a pic to visualize what you are telling me. Now where can I hang my tv or even just put a dresser??? Wouldn’t that be crowded?

Here is scale sketch. Not sure of doors etc. but each square is equal to one square foot. I made this 13’ across where head of bed would be and 14’ long. A cal king bed is 72”x 84”. It is longer but also more narrow. Either way the bed fits even with adding length for the oversized tufted bed frame.

So where are do you suggest my dresser should go? The door opens towards the wall where the bed is initially open. And the opposite wall is a shorter wall, in length

Can you do inexpensive closet organizer instead of dresser. With your oversized bed you are limited in space. You really will be cramped with dresser. I would look for nightstands with drawers to maximize storage. Might get a tall but narrow chest of drawers on the short wall. Surely no 6’ dresser. If you keep bed on 14’ wall you might be able to put at least one “bachelors” chest on the side of bed where no windows and use as night stand. They are typically a bit wider and higher. With that bed your mattress and box spring will probably raise the height if your mattress to around 27-28” high. So your bed stands need to be roughly as high as the top of your mattress.

Here is nice piece you could put on the left side of bed as you face the bed. You could add a high boy dresser for the short wall.

From floor to top of mattress its 23-24 high. I actually top the mattress would be much higher but surprisingly it wasn’t which leave a lot of open space on the headboard. I love the look of mirrored furniture with this bed but i am also torn in between this piece.
