Laundry en Español help?

We're at an AirBnb in Buenos Aires with laundry controls that are unfamiliar, and hopefully some folks here can guide me. Attached is a photo of the controls and, just to alarm all the regulars, one of the detergent drawer. It looks worse in real life. :). This isn't a washer-dryer in one is it?

Is there a model number somewhere we can find a manual for it?

This is what I think

-Turn the dial to #5 which appears to be laundry with no visible stains (#1 is heavy stained and a longer cycle)

-Ajuste de centrifugado is the spin speed, so adjust as necessary

-Ajuste de temperatura is the temperature, so adjust as necessary

the other options like minimum iron for dress shirts or fast cycle you probably don't need.

Then just start the cycle

That detergent drawer is scary!

PS that looks like the Ariston AVF108, but here is the manual for the AVF109 which lists everything in english. Doesn't look like it has a clean machine cycle.
