We're buying our first home and everything that we're looking at is definitely a fixer upper! Most of what we can afford is only 1.5 bath. We have one daughter and want at least one more child so we'll definitely need more than one shower in the next few years! We really want to take an older home in the Detroit area and fix it up to help rebuild the neighborhoods around here one house at a time! We don't have the initial money to invest in all the changes that will need to be done. This contest would make it a lot easier!!
