Dunstan Citrumelo rooted cuttings

Success! I made these cuttings at the end of August. I put them in potting mix and put it under a plastic bag on my screened porch, and then inside in a medium-light spot. Mostly left it alone except to check moisture. Checked today and they have rooted!

(I also grafted a twig to an unknown rootstock I have. It’s still green but the buds haven’t done much. The plan is to air layer it back on to its own roots if it takes - it was a backup in case the cuttings didn’t root.)

    I have Dunstan citrumelo growing outside in Olympia, WA.

    Just a tiny bit further North in latitude than Quebec City, Canada or Duluth, Minnesota, I like to point out to people. But the Winters are relatively mild here (zone 8a).

    If given water, it grows very vigorously during the Summer.

    (just to clarify, it is growing outside completely unprotected)
