Does this product need an LED dimmable driver??

I received the mirror but NO spec sheet, wiring diagram, LED driver or useful information! The 2 low voltage wires coming from the back of the mirror are not labeled for positive and negative. Can someone please tell me if an external 12 - 24v DC driver is required and if so, why didn't it come with one?

Greetings Patrick! We are very sorry you have received the mirror without wire instruction.
There are 3 wire coming out the mirror brown (feed) blue (neutral) and light green or yellow (ground).
Please connect the brown and blue wires to the wires you have on the wall, if you have a ground wire on the wall connect it to the light green wire on the mirror if you do not have a ground wire leave ground wire disconnected.

Of course 120V-24V waterproof transformer is included it is located behind the cover.

If you want to dim the mirror hold the touch button for 3 seconds and it will dim.

Hello, my mirror was supposed to have touch button, however I cannot find the button. Can you please tell me where it is located? Also, it came with a remote that does not work. Can you please help me trouble shoot so that I can use the mirror??
