You need a heavy-duty or heavy-weight (?) vinyl liner, not fabric. And you can add extra/heavier magnets to the bottom, too. Another thing to try is either opening or closing the door to the bathroom or the bathroom window. Sometimes that helps!

Thank you! I closed the doors...didn’t help much. I found these items called a clingless curtain keeper...someone had that listed in another thread in this site. I may try that. I will check out also the heavier liners. Thanks again

google vinyl liner for clawfoot tub. you'll find them--- very wide, so you dont need to use multiple. you can buy flexible magnet strips at craft stores which you can place all the way around the bottom so the liner attacks you less. the curtain blows in when the hot air in the shower rises and colder air from the bathroom wants to rush in to replace it. once the whole bathroom is the same temperature things calm down some. so i'd say close the door and close the window.

there is a reason we shower in our hall bathroom instead of in the 'totally adorbs' clawfoot tub which a previous owner installed in the master bath.

We had a claw foot tub as our main shower for years. I always used 2 nylon liners with weighted hem. There really shouldn’t be a need for a third curtain. At the shower end, overlap the curtains one hook each.

oh that reminds me you do need 2 openings, unless you can enter and exit adjacent to the faucet.

we actually had a 3 hook overlap for both openings (before i sang Tomato Tomahto lets call the whole thing off.) it really does keep the water inside the larger the overlap.

i found the lack of a grabbable wall to be so disorienting. I really wanted it to work, too.
