I would think the fan over the bed would be ideal and the chandelier or candelabra to the other part of the room. This is assuming the outlets you speak of are light or electrical boxes. Keep in mind fans require a special box often times which help anchor to the ceiling for stability reasons as its something that moves. A normal electrical box would not likely be the best choice of installation without an added ceiling fan box added on! Good luck!
