so I would stay very light on the walls and go for a neutral off white. What you imply is the elements all remain and you need to paint the walls? You can attempt to do things with undertones....but only so much. A bluish undertone with a tilt to little blue- green might work but I think you have to stay with a very light shade regardless. So there is nothing wrong with a neutral rich off white....use high quality paint and I think it will be the backdrop you need. I don't see yellowing as much as just a cream shade of cabinets......and I don't think you're into a pink problem ….so you are in a good position.

Everything in this house just fights grays...it all goes blue or purple on me. Can you name a paint color? The room next to it is Accessible Beige...I thought light next to them wouldn't pop them enough?

ivory keys by behr for starters. the sample cards at whatever paint store you have are a good start..bring home many and put them on the wall. Sometimes, if you have a small top drawer...just take it in and hold it next to the samples. but you have to get things in your light at home.

I would stay away from grays & go with more of a light beige. Look at Clay Beige, Carington Beige, Manchester Tan. Something like that...

Maybe keeping a neutral color on the walls might be your best choice. Perhaps some white shade like Chalk or Intense white. The Mega Griege you were planning on using was not such a good idea after all, it’d feel like the colors clash.

try pale oak by Ben Moore and lighten the formula by 25-30%. It's less gray, closer to neutral, and will still be okay with your adjacent room. Accessible beige can appear gray.

Doesn’t that go pink?

No grays and no creams for your kitchen. You need a color to balance the cabinets, the counters and the stained door. Consider a color with a strong blue undertone.
