What would you like to use this space for? Seems like it’s extra space off the dining room. Maybe replace the table with a buffet or hutch? And I think a built in window seat with throw pillows would be great. A more simple solution might be to add a couple of chairs in front of the window with a small table between them. You can always add something on either side of the mirror to bring in some warmth...It will also help the space feel more full and warm.

I wouldn't spend any money adding something that would be expensive but not useful.

Put a large live plant in the bay window area.

The idea for a bar cabinet is great but it needs to be about twice as long. With art above. Possibly a framed wine or spirits poster with some color.

What size is the square table we barely see in your first picture? Your bay window is not very deep so although I love the look of window seats I think your space is better suited for a pair of side chairs with a table in between. Love the long credenza! Large windows beg for a big plant but only 1 nice specimen as shown by leelee. A single drape on either side of the window not meant to be drawn would be nice.
