We aren't in a warm enough area (and have moved to a small place) to get a lot of cukes to make pickles.
We do get quite a few zucchini, though!
Zuk season was pretty much done, but I had one on the counter for some reason or another.
My hubby has recently become a pickle fanatic!
He sliced up this final zuk and dropped them in the pickle juice and they were delicious!
I have made refrigerator pickles in the past, but why not use what you already have???????
