We bought our house 2.5 yrs ago. It's an older house and previous owner(s) have tried pretty lame do-it-yourself fixes. The bathroom on the 2nd floor is the main bathroom and it needs HELP! The tile is falling off the walls, there is permanent mold in the grout and caulk, the little country blue flowery tile pattern is...yeesh. I wish I could glue shut the shower curtain any time we have guests! I'm afraid to know how much it will cost to make it a bathroom we can be proud of but really want to give it an overhaul.
