Hi. I’m considering updating my hall bathroom. One option would be to design around the current wall tile—royal blue subway tile that goes halfway up the wall on all sides—and replace everything else—floor tile, sink, light fixture, toilet, etc.—and add a shower. I would need to choose coordinating tile for the shower walls (or add more blue tile) and the floor. Or I could start from scratch. It’s a 1920 rowhouse with a transitional style elsewhere. I’ve updated two other bathrooms with natural stone tile. Thanks for any advice!
