Congratulations! That's my favorite method. I usually check for roots regularly and pot it up when the roots are about a quarter inch to one inch long.

I currently have a cutting of Red Radiance in a little vase that has calloused. Just waiting for those roots...

It was tap water, we're in the suburbs, just a normal little bouquet that I put in a spot where I didn't see it that often. No, didn't add a thing. All fingers are crossed!
