I think this is Bc Maikai 'Louise'.

This hybrid was made at Odom's Orchids in Fort Piere, fl. Just 20 miles up the road. The Odom's are members in high standing at our society. They are world famous for their Cattleyas. Mrs Odoms first name is Louise and she told me a few facts about 'Louise'.

You will notice that the spots are on the outside of the pedals. Louise says that this is a genetic defect but they liked it. It is unique to all the Bc Makai's that spots are on the inside except Louise....

I like it! A cheetah from the back. Win-Win no matter how you view the blooms.

I have Louise also. Love it, vigorous grower and blooms its head off!
