It's very difficult to get a picture since the bathroom is fairly small, so this picture is the best I could do. One is looking into the mirror. You can see the tub and shower opposite the sink console.

What are the measurements? I really prefer a separate tub and shower. Many times, a big shower is preferable to a small tub/shower combination. But for me, the old tub with a shower in it is very dated.

I would either put a tub or a shower and not both. I prefer a big shower space instead of having a tub. We have a tub at home and we seldom use it. Adding extra storage in a bathroom is always nice.

It would be nice to have a large shower, but there is no option to make the shower/tub area any wider. The tub is a standard old tub size and width. My thinking is, since there is no other bathtub in the house the tub should remain in this bathroom. Since we have guests that would not want to use a tub, then we should have a shower as well. By combining the tub and shower we have additional space for a cabinet in place of the shower.

One additional piece of information: there is a door on each end of this bathroom. One leads outside for pool access; the other into the hallway.
