Vertical privacy sheers

Hi there! This is my first post and I'm still getting familiar with Houzz. So, if this topic can be found in other threads, please let me know!

I just bought my first Aussie home, and being an established house it requires some works and a new design.

Here are my lounge room windows.

Each window is 1510mm wide and 2100mm high and right now it has curtains on double rails (which have to be changed anyway, because they are too low and highlight how low the ceiling is).

The style of the room will be modern, clean, but not industrial; I want it to have a "zen" style. The colours in the room will be white, oak, beige...ok, you got the idea! (different furniture from the one in the picture)

I've browsed a lot of different options, and the ones I like the most are:

1. Luminette Privacy Sheers - very fresh vertical solution to control light and privacy. Yet I would like something that's blockout at night (curtains on the side maybe?); also, I've read terrible reviews about Luxaflex (too expensive for the quality it offers). Do you know any alternative from other brands?

2. Panel Blinds. The only problem here is that, again, I would need also something for the night; and I don't think that these windows are wide enough for panels (but maybe I'm wrong).

3. Two types of curtain (like the ones in the picture). Yet I would like something low maintenance and easy to clean, and probably curtains attract a lot of dust...

The more I'm researching on the web, the more I'm getting confused, so I think it's better to listen to other opinions and suggestions, if you guys have any!

The ideal would be:

- Something "hygienic", meaning easy to clean from dust and low maintenance

- Something that still gives a "warm" look to the windows (I know that PVC blinds are very popular right now, but they look very cold and impersonal to me)

- Not the most expensive brand, please!!
