A warm white would be nice - it would show off each tile...

Someone made a suggestion once that was very smart... they said to go to the craft store and get colored sand and pour it in to see what you think!

Depends whether you want it to stand out or just blend and what else is going on in the room as far as colors.

HI For some reason I can't edit the original post so here are some more pictures in the comments section. The lighting isn't the greatest but this is the general idea. I really want the tiles to stand out. from the grout, but some of the white thin set got between them and looked horrible until I wiped it off. That's why I'm a bit concerned and wanting to make sure that, if white is the way to go I get the right one.

it's common for thinset to ooze between these mosaics. use a razor to scape out what you can.

grout w/either a white that matches your large tiles, or a warmer white

I have that same glass tile and used a bright white

A comment on cleaning: if the glass mosaic is smooth like Chiclets gum, it'll be easy to clean. If it is rough and textured, it will need a lot more attention. If the latter, try putting it above the splash zone in the shower. If you want to experiment, prop up a hand-size sample in your shower for a week.

When it is grouted, excess grout has to be cleaned off quickly and the mosaic tiles polished clean of all excess grout before it hardens as a haze. It's a fussy job, when done right, it looks beautiful.

Wow thanks for telling me - it's textured and has a sheen to it. The pictures don't do it justice - I'm not great at pictures and the lighting was awful when I took them . We will make sure they are cleaned immediately and well once grouted

Okay Will grout a bit of the floor with the grout we used for the other tile and see how it looks. (The floor has the same tile-It's covered for protection so I couldn't get a picture of it.)

I could see a grey grout working nicely with those colors. the Grout will camouflage well and will pick up a green tinge when its next to it.
