Hey! My bedroom is kind of small, without a lot of light. I recently decided to paint over my mint walls, and picked light baby pink and white. that didn't worked at all!! I figured out the reason is that my room is old - the air conditioner and the fan on the ceiling isn't white anymore, their color is ugly dirty yellow-ish white. so is my floor, the tiles are a little yellow-ish and the black and gray rocks pattern looks like dirt. nothing in my room is like the catalogs, so I just can't decide what color to paint now! I'm too afraid to fail again and I can't stand being I'm this room. what do you suggest to choose? I like cold colors, grey-based colors... I don't know how they'll work here... do you ever painted an old non white room? (btw my doors are dark brown wood, the bed is black and the closet white. I'll choose a carpet based on the walls colors.) thank you! I hope you will have ideas for me
